Return and Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 2025

At OPEX Collective, we are committed to delivering high-quality consulting services to meet your business needs. We strive for client satisfaction and maintain a fair and transparent return policy.

1. Non-Refundable Services

Due to the nature of consulting services, fees for services already rendered are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Completed consultations, meetings, or strategy sessions

• Delivered reports, plans, or recommendations

• Any work product that has been provided to the client

2. Prepaid Services

If you have prepaid for consulting services:

• Cancellation Before Work Begins: You may request a refund for unused services if no work has commenced. Any administrative or setup fees may be deducted from the refund.

• Cancellation After Work Begins: If work has commenced but is not yet completed, refunds will be issued on a prorated basis, less any administrative fees and for the portion of work already delivered.

3. Project or Retainer Agreements

For clients with long-term contracts or retainers:

• Refunds or credits may be issued for unused portions of a retainer, subject to the terms of your agreement.

• Early termination fees may apply as outlined in your contract.

4. Dissatisfaction with Services

If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our services:

• We encourage you to contact us at info@opexcollective.com within 7 days of receiving the deliverable.

• We will work with you to address the issue, which may include revisions, additional sessions, or other remedies as appropriate.

5. Exceptions

Refunds or credits will not be issued in the following situations:

• Failure to utilize scheduled consulting sessions or services

• Dissatisfaction resulting from factors outside of our control (e.g., client’s internal processes or external events)

• Missed deadlines or deliverables due to client delays, lack of response, or failure to provide necessary information

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or discuss concerns with your services:

• Email us at info@opexcollective.com with the subject line “Refund Request.”

• Provide your name, contact information, and details of the services rendered.

• Allow up to 10 business days for us to review and respond to your request.
